Raspberry Ripple Frappe
The raspberry ripple frappe is an indulgent iced blend of Chocolate and Raspberry, topped with whipped cream. Perfectly delicious on any sunny day!
INGREDIENTS
for 16oz serving
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Abyss White Chocolate Powder
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Frappe powder
- 3 pumps DaVinci Raspberry Fruit Innovations Syrup
- A full 16oz cup of ice, 2/3 filled with milk
PREPARATION
- Add ingredients to a Santos Blender Jug
- Blend on programme #3
- Top with whipped cream
- Add DaVinci Raspberry Topping Sauce
Vanilla and Raspberry Cold Brew Infusion
Cool down in the heat with vanilla and raspberry cold infusion. A fragrant fruit infusion bursting with summer flavour!
INGREDIENTS
for 1.1L serving
PREPARATION
- Steep tea in cold water for 24h (In a CoffeeGator brewer we recommend 6-8 scoops of Vanilla and Raspberry Tea)
- Once brewed, remove leaves, store in the fridge and consume within 24hrs
- Sweeten to taste with Hasslacher’s Panela sugar
- Serve with mallow on a stick and a little hot water to soften it (optional)
Zesty Strawberry Smoothie
A delicious smoothie topped with syrup. Garnish with mango or lime for a tropical twist!
INGREDIENTS
for 16oz serving
- DaVinci Strawberry Smoothie Mix
- DaVinci Lemon & Lime Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Still water
PREPARATION
- Fill 16oz cup 2/3 with ice and cover 2/3 with Smoothie Mix
- Top up with 3 pumps of DaVinci Lemon & Lime syrup and cold water
- Add ingredients to a Santos Blender Jug and blend on programme #3
- Pour the blended mixture into a cup and garnish with a wedge of mango or lime, or for extra zing, grate on some lime zest
Double Chocolate Mocha Frappe
Indulge your senses with a double chocolate mocha frappe, topped with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and triple chocolate crispies.
INGREDIENTS
for 16oz serving
- 1 Pump DaVinci Chocolate Sauce
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Frappe Powder
- 2 pumps DaVinci Chocolate Syrup
- DaVinci Chocolate Sauce or Triple Chocolate Crispies
- Double shot of espresso
- 16oz cup 2/3 filled with ice
- 160ml milk
PREPARATION
- Add ingredients to a Santos Blender Jug and blend on programme #3
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce or triple chocolate crispies
Matcha Lime Crush
Blended matcha with syrup, garnished with lime or mint. Add a dash of sunshine to make the perfect moment!
INGREDIENTS

- 1/4 tsp Suki Tea Matcha Powder
- 3 pumps DaVinci Lemon & Lime Syrup
- Lime wedge (the bigger the wedge, the zestier the drink)
- A glass full of ice topped with water
PREPARATION
- Add ingredients to a Santos Blender Jug including the lime wedge and blend on programme #3
- Garnish with a lime wedge and/or mint leaf, or for extra zing, add some grated lime zest
