Spooktacular Pumpkin Spice Latte

For this recipe, you will need:

Method:

Step 1

Pour one shot of the Spiced Pumpkin Syrup into your cup. (For the perfect dispensing of our syrups, use our pumps so you get equal amounts each time!)

Step 2

Prepare your espresso shot. We extracted our espresso directly into our cup.

Step 3

Make your latte milk. We used the Stainless Steel Milk Foaming Jug and steamed our milk to create the perfect latte texture. An alternative way would be to use an Aerolatte Milk Frother in heated milk to create the same desired milk texture.

Don't forget to remove any air bubbles in the milk by tapping it on your kitchen surface, and slightly swirling the jug to get the smooth milk you need.

Step 4

Pour your latte milk into your cup, if your feeling daring enough to attempt some latte art, go ahead! We made a pumpkin to fit in with the theme of the drink and of course Halloween too!

Step 5

This final step is optional, but also the most fun! Now you can decorate your drink however you please, to fit in with the theme you're going for. We took some wooden stirrers and stuck small Halloween decorations to them. We can then can place these in or beside the drink for decoration, but also for use to stir any additional ingredients in!

Ghostly Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate

For this recipe, you will need:

Method:

Step 1

Pour one shot of the Toasted Marshmallow Syrup into your cup. This step is optional, however if you'd like your drink to be full of marshmallow goodness then we'd recommend it! (For the perfect dispensing of our syrups, use our pumps so you get equal amounts each time!)

Step 2

Prepare your hot chocolate for the milk. Put two heaped tablespoons of the Chocolate Abyss powder into the cup and add a little bit of your milk and stir into a loose paste.

Step 3

Prepare your milk, You can do this the same as latte milk with the Stainless Steel Milk Jug, or alternatively using the Aerolatte Milk Foamer in heated milk. For this drink it's really personal preference how you want the milk!

Step 4

Pour your heated milk into the cup, you may have to stop and stir it a little if the paste wasn't loose enough, before adding the rest of the milk.

Step 5

Prepare your decorations. Firstly, take your black food colouring and dip a wooden stirrer into it lightly, you only want a small amount of this on the stick otherwise it'll spread all over your marshmallow and you won't get your required design. If you have a food colouring pen, you may not get this issue.

Take the lightly coated wooden stirrer and gently draw in a ghostly face. Do this with as many marshmallows as you desire! Leave these on the side to dry as you do the next step.

Step 6

Time to decorate! Take your whipped cream and swirl on a generous amount on top of your hot chocolate.

Working quickly, if you don't want your whipped cream mountain to melt, place your ghostly marshmallows on top of the cream and add a nice amount of caramel drizzle all over.

Finish off with any final decorations of your choice. We added a skull and crossbones on a wooden stirrer into the drink, to complete the deathly vibes and allow you to stir all those delicious flavours together.

Bloody Mulled Murder Cappuccino

For this recipe, you will need:

Method:

Step 1

Pour one shot of the DaVinci Mulled Syrup into the cup(For the perfect dispensing of our syrups, use our pumps so you get equal amounts each time!)

Step 2

Prepare your espresso. We extracted our espresso shot directly into our cup.

Step 3

Make your cappuccino milk. We used the Stainless Steel Milk Foaming Jug and steamed our milk to create the perfect milk. An alternative way would be to use an Aerolatte Milk Frother in heated milk to create the foamy cappuccino milk texture.

Don't forget to remove any air bubbles in the milk by tapping it on kitchen surface, and slightly swirling the jug to get the smooth and glossy milk you need.

Step 4

Swirl your cup gently around, so the espresso spreads around the walls of your cup. Pour your cappuccino milk in steadily, for ease we recommend pouring from the side of the jug, this helps dispense an equal amount of milk and foam.

Step 5

Once again, time to decorate! You can choose to do whatever you'd like, we chose to take our bat stencil and chocolate dust to create a simple bat pattern over the cappuccino.

To top it all off we took a wooden stirrer, attached a bat Halloween decoration to it and placed this in the drink, to stick with the bat decorative theme.

With all of these amazing beverages, we highly recommend enjoying it with a Gingerbread Skeleton on the side as an extra spooktacular (and delicious) twist to your Halloween treat.

Finally, enjoy which ever drink you choose to make! Recreate it however you'd like and feel free to share your recreations on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and don't forget to tag us!

Have a very Hauntingly Happy Halloween!
